As part of our ongoing collaboration with Matthew McCormick Studio, Daphne Studio was invited to Milan Design Week 2024 to capture Matthew McCormick's involvement in Rossana Orlandi's prestigious showcase. Our work extended beyond the showcase, setting up his lights in unexpected environments throughout Milan, resulting in a compelling and dynamic visual narrative.

Our approach at Milan Design Week emphasized creating an immersive visual narrative that highlighted the creativity and innovation of Matthew McCormick's designs. By employing a mix of candid shots, detailed close-ups, and dynamic video footage, we aimed to capture the energy and excitement of Rossana Orlandi's showcase. Beyond the event, we ventured into various Milan locations, setting up McCormick's lights in surprising environments. The contrast of his sophisticated designs against the backdrop of an abandoned school provided striking and memorable visuals. Collaboration with McCormick was integral, reflecting Daphne Studio's commitment to client participation and creative partnerships. Our creative director worked closely with McCormick to ensure that our content accurately represented his vision and the spirit of his work. The final product was a series of visually stunning pieces that highlighted the craftsmanship and artistry of McCormick's contributions to the design world.
